1. Create a new CSS file:





2. Save the CSS file in your root folder





3. Link the CSS file to your HTML page









4. Create a simple list



5. Get rid of the bullets



6. Remove formatting by adjusting the padding and margin



7. Link the bullet Image to the List Item



8. The Image will repeat



9. Set the Image to "No Repeat"



10. Adjust the formatting of the image, the ones I initially used were what the tutorial site told me to use



11. Adjust the images according to your needs, and you're done!
